Meet Jesse

Jesse Nguyen

At Age 8, I found a love for teaching one summer when I played school with my little cousins and created lesson plans for them. Since then, that passion has not left me. My love for teaching and interest in business turned into my excitement to help others learn and grow in the workplace.

I've had my fair share of good managers and bad managers, times I've felt engaged at work, and times I was miserable. Through my 15+ years of managing people and teams, I want to impart all the knowledge I have about developing leaders and facilitate ongoing conversations on how to maintain high-performing teams through a culture of psychological safety, leading with empathy, feedback and accountability, and DEIB.

My Training Philosophy

I believe we learn best with each other. You’re never alone in your thoughts because there will always be other people who are going through similar learning curves like you. Reflecting on your learning moments, being vulnerable, and sharing your experiences are the key ingredients to developing yourself.

Furthermore, learning can be hard, but it’s even harder to form new, positive habits. Through time, ongoing reinforcements, and thoughtful and deliberate practice, anyone can get to where they want to be.
