At just eight years old, I discovered a love for teaching while designing summer “school” lesson plans for my younger cousins. That early passion for learning and education has grown into a career focused on helping people grow and thrive in the workplace.

With over 18 years of experience managing people and teams, I bring deep insight into what makes a great leader—and what doesn’t. My work is grounded in real-world experience, having navigated both energizing work cultures and ones that left me feeling drained. Today, I use that knowledge to support the development of strong, empathetic leaders and high-performing teams.

Before starting Feed Learning, I built and led learning and development programs, revamped performance management systems, delivered corporate trainings, and supported a wide range of talent and organizational effectiveness efforts.

I believe learning is most powerful when it’s rooted in shared experiences—and when it’s fun. My facilitation style blends reflection, vulnerability, and connection with energy and engagement. I aim to help people feel supported and understood in their development. I create space for meaningful conversations around psychological safety, feedback, accountability, and empathetic leadership—core ingredients for lasting impact.
