How We Do It

Interactive

Be ready to stay on your toes throughout the development workshop. We’ll facilitate the discussion and provide you with the tools. With your active involvement, together we’ll create an awesome learning environment for everyone. The richer the participation, the richer the learning.

Experiential

One of the best ways to learn and grow is to reflect on your experiences - where you excelled, where you fell short, where you were stuck and didn’t have the tools to make it work. Our training courses help you apply new techniques to help you become more equipped to handle similar situations in the future.

Simplified

We keep our development workshop simple and laser-focused on practical tools you can use immediately. The tools and solutions we provide are detailed and step-by-step so that you can apply them to the real world right away.

Reinforced

There will be multiple ‘takes’ until you get it right. Everyone learns at a different pace and new knowledges sticks when it is timely with your current needs. Our training courses will give you the foundational knowledge that increases employee efficacy and our pre- and post-reinforcement exercises will help turn new behaviors into habits.

At Age 8, I found a love for teaching one summer when I played school with my little cousins and created lesson plans for them. Since then, that passion has not left me. My love for teaching and interest in business turned into my excitement to help others learn and grow in the workplace.

I've had my fair share of good managers and bad managers, times I've felt engaged at work, and times I was miserable. Through my 15+ years of managing people and teams, I want to impart all the knowledge I have about developing leaders and facilitate ongoing conversations on how to maintain high-performing teams through a culture of psychological safety, leading with empathy, feedback and accountability, and DEIB.

In addition to my B2B services, I've also created a library of free resources for anyone who is interested in taking control of their professional and management development. You can learn more in the Resource Hub or Media Library section of the website.

My Training Philosophy

I believe we learn best with each other. You’re never alone in your thoughts because there will always be other people who are going through similar learning curves like you. Reflecting on your learning moments, being vulnerable, and sharing your experiences are the key ingredients to developing yourself.

Furthermore, learning can be hard, but it’s even harder to form new, positive habits. Through time, ongoing reinforcements, and thoughtful and deliberate practice, anyone can get to where they want to be.
