How It Works

What to Expect

Coaching sessions are 60 minutes, ideally held every other week to give you space to apply what you’re learning. We recommend a 6-month commitment for meaningful growth, but we’re flexible based on your needs.

Together, we’ll identify your strengths, focus areas, and build personalized strategies and action plans. Tools like 360 feedback and career vision exercises may be included to deepen your experience.
