Our 6-month, fully customizable Leadership Development Program helps managers build the confidence to have tough conversations and make a real impact on the business.
This program will take a hybrid approach, incorporating training courses, one-on-one coaching, group coaching, supplementary reinforcement exercises, and a final teach-back celebration where managers showcase their leadership skills to peers and leaders.
