Eric Mason is a highly experienced Sales Leadership Coach and Learning & Development Facilitator with over two decades of experience empowering leaders and teams to drive performance and achieve operational excellence. Based in the New York Metro area, Eric is known for his ability to develop impactful, targeted learning initiatives that align with business objectives, transforming leadership and sales capabilities at every level.

As East Division Manager at PepsiCo-Frito Lay, Eric spearheaded the transformation of new leadership onboarding and frontline training into a hybrid model, combining virtual and instructor-led classes to maximize engagement and effectiveness. At Amazon, he launched the “Earn Your Vest” program to enhance leadership development, as well as an eight-week learning event to support frontline associates in stepping into leadership roles. While leading operations in the Northeast at Keurig Dr Pepper, Eric designed and implemented a ten-week soft skills leadership program to strengthen team dynamics and improve performance.

Eric’s entrepreneurial background includes managing high-profile projects and revamping business models at DJ’s Painting Inc., where he delivered major initiatives for clients like Apple, Target, Gap, and Chipotle. His unique blend of real-world experience and academic insight allows him to facilitate transformative coaching sessions that equip sales leaders with the skills they need to thrive in competitive markets.
