COACH Model: Master the art of asking the right questions to pinpoint problems, enabling you to identify solutions more effectively.
When It’s Not Working Out: Know when and how to pivot the conversation when you’ve exhausted your options.
Role Play: Engage in simulated coaching sessions to practice techniques, receive peer feedback, and refine coaching approaches in a supportive environment.
