Michelle Kempskie

Executive Leadership Coach

  • Boston, MA (Eastern)

  • My passion is partnering with individuals and teams to achieve sustainable change by discovering root causes. I am a strategic partner with over 25 years of experience working with organizations of all sizes and disciplines. I have expertise in maximizing team performance, leadership coaching, facilitation, strategic planning, and issue assessment and resolution. My operational and revenue-generating success informs my hands-on approach. At the core of my achievements is aligning strategy with structure, people, and processes. I hold a master’s degree in organizational psychology and a BS in finance.

Assessments and Certifications I use in my practice: Certified Executive Coach | DEI Workplace | EQ-i 2.0, EQ360 | Fearless Organization Scan | HBDI and Whole Brain Thinking | Leadership Versatility Index | Lego Serious Play

  • I encourage clients to self-reflect to support sustainable change and development at any level. My background with senior-level revenue generating and operational success informs my approach and supports my clients’ learning.

  • Coaching provides a safe space to explore ideas, work through events for maximum learning, and prepare for conversations/decisions. The dialogue between a coach and a leader intends to find creative ways to solve challenging problems, improve team and organizational performance, accelerate progress on key initiatives, and advance the leader’s career. An average coach will answer their client’s questions. A great coach will challenge their client’s questions. An extraordinary coach will constantly ask their clients more powerful questions.

  • I partner with my clients to establish clear coaching goals that include what they will see/feel and what they expect others to observe as they develop. We use these goals as guides in our work and revisit them often enough to ensure they are still relevant and progress is being made.

  • Listening, asking great questions, creating a safe space for learning, guiding to progress, and caring.

  • Traveling, planning vacations, cooking/baking, eating at unique restaurants, jigsaw puzzles, walking with friends, yoga

Eric Mason

Sales Leadership Coach

  • Westbury, NY (Eastern)

  • I am an accomplished executive who has been recognized for top performance and excellence throughout my career. An operations/sales/people leader with a deep understanding of KPIs and the ability to develop action plans to achieve them. I have developed team members and peers into successful leaders while growing leadership effectiveness. I help them leverage strong people and relationship building skills to create a positive team culture and build consensus across all levels, combining keen insights with systematic, Lean approaches to devise effective solutions that drive organizational success. I help them conduct market analyses and understand their teams, trends, competition, and consumer behavior to leverage insights that maximize outcomes. I’ve turned around organizations, transformed underperforming teams into regional leaders, improved processes, streamlined costs, and driven consistent revenue growth and profitability for startups to Fortune 50 companies across multiple industries and sectors.

  • My coaching specialty lies in leadership and mindset development. I help leaders and professionals unlock their potential by blending theory, real-world insights, and practical strategies. My approach focuses on fostering growth mindsets, enhancing communication skills—especially in 1:1 settings—and driving accountability and self-awareness. I specialize in empowering leaders to navigate challenges, develop their teams, and create high-performing, collaborative workplaces.

  • My coaching philosophy centers on empowering individuals to grow through a blend of Theory, Witness, and Application. I integrate proven leadership and mindset principles, observe real-world dynamics to identify unique challenges, and provide actionable strategies tailored to each person’s goals. I believe in fostering self-awareness, accountability, and continuous learning to unlock potential. My approach is collaborative and supportive, emphasizing open dialogue and practical steps to create meaningful, sustainable change.

  • I measure progress and success by setting clear, actionable goals with my clients at the outset of our coaching relationship. Together, we establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones that align with their personal and professional objectives. I also use a combination of qualitative feedback, such as self-assessments and regular reflection discussions, and quantitative data, like performance metrics or behavioral changes observed over time. Success is achieved when clients demonstrate increased confidence, improved leadership effectiveness, and tangible progress toward their desired outcomes.

  • I’m known for my ability to connect deeply with clients and create a safe, supportive environment for growth. My clients appreciate my focus on blending practical strategies with real-world insights to address their challenges effectively. I’m also recognized for my emphasis on communication, particularly in transforming 1:1 conversations into powerful tools for development. Additionally, I’m known for fostering accountability, helping leaders build confidence, and inspiring them to embrace a growth mindset to achieve their goals.

  • I love to read, which is probably one reason why I just published my first book called Conversations That Matter. I am a marathon runner who enjoys traveling to these events with my family to see all parts of the world. I volunteer at an organization called Achilles that allows me the opportunity to train with special needs. I enjoy golfing and taking my two doodles out for long walks.

Simone Wilson

Leadership & Career Coach

  • Long Island, NY (Eastern)

  • I have over 15 years of experience in organizational development, professional coaching, and management and team development training. I have partnered with senior leaders to navigate organizational transformation and strengthen culture, collaborated with teams to develop impactful training programs, and coached managers to enhance their leadership skills and build practices to foster team growth. In addition, I have led individual and group counseling sessions, equipping individuals with tools to overcome challenges, make behavioral shifts and build employability skills.

I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, certificate in High-Performance Leadership, certification as Executive Coach, Organizational Development Coach, and DISCstyles Communication Consultant. I am currently working toward the International Coaching Federation (ICF) ACC credential.

  • I help managers enhance their leadership effectiveness, strengthen team dynamics, set goals, improve interpersonal communication skills, and navigate change and transitions.

  • I serve as a sounding board and strategic thinking partner, helping you focus and make progress on your defined goals. My role as your coach is not about offering a one-size-fits-all solution, but tailoring support and resources to your unique needs and challenges. I ask thought-provoking questions, listen carefully, and work with you to map out a path forward.

  • Progress is tracked against the goals and priorities you set at the start of coaching. As your coach, I will check in and seek your feedback to ensure your specific concerns are addressed. We will also celebrate every win, big or small. Ultimately, your engagement and follow-through will be key to driving progress and achieving success.

  • I provide a supportive space to help you gain clarity, refocus, and develop actionable strategies. By encouraging you to expand your comfort zone, I help you to drive performance and meaningful progress.

  • Reading, traveling, baking, organizing spaces, and watching TV classics and laughing out loud.

Jeff Fanselow

Management & Leadership Coach

  • Solano County, CA (Pacific)

  • I have been associated with corporate Human Resource organizations for 25+ years with a focus towards talent and organizational development. For the last 15+ years, I have concentrated on leadership development and creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces. Before doing work with Feed Learning, I was the Vice President of Learning & Development at ViacomCBS, now Paramount Global. I also have experience in both the tech (VMware and Siebel Systems) and retail (Williams Sonoma) sectors.

  • I enjoy working with a variety of leaders, from new managers who are transitioning into their position to tenured leaders who are preparing for their next role in the organization and everyone in between.

  • I tailor my approach to your needs and what you want to accomplish. I don’t approach my role as an advisor, rather I prefer to ask you a lot of questions, so you come up with solutions based on your knowledge and experiences. That approach will also help you in honing your problem-solving skills. I enjoy connecting with managers around their strengths, blind spots, and values. You will leave our sessions with actionable tasks and behaviors to address.

  • While I think that success is largely determined by what the client wants to achieve and their own personal measurement of success, I also think success is not solely about outcomes. It can also be about the leader’s growth, resilience, and long-term impact. By establishing some clear performance metrics at the beginning of our engagement, we can monitor your progress and success together.

  • I am known for creating a safe space for us to discuss the issues impacting you, your team, and your ability to get results. Rather than give you advice, I ask a lot of questions to help you come up with your own solutions, as well as develop your decision making and self-reliant problem-solving skills. Clients and colleagues say I am a fun and easy person to work with and talk to.

  • When I am not working with managers and leaders, I play drums in 2 different rock bands in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am also into gardening, cooking, playing pickleball, and spending time with my husband and my black lab.

Jesse Nguyen

Management & Leadership Coach

  • Westchester County, NY (Eastern)

  • I have over 15 years of experience in the people side of business, specializing in talent acquisition, HR, talent development, and organizational development. I also have strong project management experience, having implemented various systems and employee initiatives. I have developed HR and Career Development programs for companies, giving me an insider perspective on leadership expectations regarding career development and performance management. My industry experience spans retail operations, media, tech, finance, and non-profit sectors.

  • Developing new managers, performance management (delivering effective feedback and coaching), managing difficult conversations, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.

  • I ask a lot of questions to guide you in finding the answers yourself. I go beyond the surface level to help you understand why you do certain things and feel certain ways. Leading with empathy, I help you see different perspectives before making decisions. I'm also action-oriented (sometimes to a fault), ensuring you leave each session with specific actions and behaviors to practice.

  • Success depends largely on what the client aims to achieve from the engagement and their measure of success. If the client feels more confident leading teams, can draw from the tools we've discussed to make better decisions, and begins turning behaviors into habits, I consider that a success.

  • I ask many questions to encourage you to think about aspects of team leadership you may not have considered before. My approach is more action-oriented.

  • Tennis, Volleyball, spending time with the family, finishing leftovers
