How It Works

Our Coaching Approach:

We give you everything we know to help you succeed. When we coach, we are not telling you what to do. Through probing questions, we guide you to uncover your potential and equip you with resources for continuous development.

What to Expect

Each coaching session spans 60 minutes, ideally occurring biweekly to provide you time to apply what you have learned. We suggest committing to a 6-month timeframe for tangible results, though flexibility is accommodated. Throughout, we'll collaborate to identify strengths, areas for growth, and devise personalized strategies and action plans. Supplementary tools like 360 Feedback Surveys and Career Vision Exercises may be integrated to enrich your journey.

Initiating Progress

When you’re ready, schedule a 30-minute Discovery Call. This is a complimentary intake session that helps the coach understand your career goals and is also an opportunity for you to assess your comfort level (because a coaching program is only as successful as the relationship between both parties).
