Manager Meetups are all about creating a space where managers from various backgrounds can come together to share experiences, learn from each other, discuss challenges, and celebrate successes encountered as a manager. We're all trying to figure it out.
Once per month, we will be hosting these casual virtual sessions. The floor is open for you, or anyone else, to come forward and celebrate wins or brainstorm on managerial challenges. Manager Meetups are a place where you will find support, fresh perspectives, new ideas, and practical solutions through a network of peers. You can think of it as a group-coaching session.
-
Build your own Manager Meetups value meal from the following list of items:
Network and form meaningful professional relationships with peers
Gain new perspectives on management strategies
Discuss real-world challenges and find actionable solutions
Vent about the employees that are driving you nuts ;)
You will have the chance to develop your skills, bring back valuable insights to your team, and network with like-minded people whom you can go to for advice.
-
We will facilitate each Manager Meetup, but the idea is that you and other managers will drive the conversation and create the substance and value of these sessions by sharing your own experiences, challenges, and successes.
We encourage active participation and open dialogue in a safe space where we can learn from each other's insights and grow together as managers. -
Manager Meetups are open to all Feed Learning clients (past and present).
