Karen has over a decade of legal practice, during which she took great satisfaction in dedicating time to train and develop associates through delegation of work assignments, informal feedback, and formal reviews. In addition to being an instructional designer and facilitator with Feed Learning, she is currently also an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Law at Brooklyn Law School where she combines her passion for empowering individuals to reach their personal and professional goals, along with her experience in facilitation, mentoring, and coaching new attorneys.

Understanding that creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and helping people grow both professionally and personally boosts employee happiness, sparks creativity, and plays a big role in a company's success, Karen makes it a point to really get to know the folks she's working with. This way, she can customize her training and coaching to fit not just the individual's needs and goals, but also what the business unit needs.

Outside of work, Karen loves to explore new restaurants, travel, go on hikes, and hangout with her dog, Josie.
