Intake Call

During the Intake Call, we delve into your organizational objectives and the impact you want to make on your organization. This involves walking you through a learning needs assessment to pinpoint current performance gaps and future aspirations. We collaborate to identify organizational trends and select pertinent learning topics or long-term engagements to address these gaps. Occasionally, this dialogue reveals unforeseen opportunities that require attention before proceeding with the solution you thought you needed.

Customization Call

During our Customization Call, we focus on the behaviors you want to address. We explore areas of strength among employees and managers, areas for improvement, and the underlying reasons behind them. By pinpointing the behaviors, we can help your employees and managers develop the skills needed to help your organization perform at a higher level. We believe in a personalized solution rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Logistic & Administrative Support

We recognize how tedious it can be to schedule workshops, send invitation emails and calendar invites, and explain expectations to participants. Therefore, we're happy to handle all these administrative tasks for you or alternatively, supply you with customizable email templates. Whether it's managing communication plans, crafting summary recap emails, or tracking attendance, we've got you covered every step.
