6. User Accounts

In order to access certain features of this website, you may be required to register as a user or create an account. By registering or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to inform us of any changes to that information. Each registration is for a single user only, unless otherwise expressly provided on the registration page.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.  You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.  If you believe there has been unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

FEED reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and refuse any and all current or future use of this website for any reason at any time.

We may provide links to third-party websites, and some of the content appearing to be on this website is in fact supplied, supported, or provided directly or indirectly by third parties, for example, in instances of framing of third-party websites or incorporation through framesets of content supplied by third-party servers. FEED has no responsibility for these third-party websites, which are governed by the terms of use and privacy policies, if any, of the applicable third-party content providers.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and all claims or causes of action that may be based upon, arise out of or relate to these Terms shall be governed by, and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without regard to principles of conflicts of laws.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted in the federal courts of the United States of America or the courts of the State of New York in each case located in the City of White Plains and County of Westchester, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding.
